♥ I ship 3 times a week. All orders would be shipped within 2 business days. Please kindly take note of the time difference between Shanghai , China and your country. ♥ I am using the China Post for delivery . China Post uses weight system for their packages. It is approx $4.20 for the first 100 gm and up to $14 for 500gm. I generally adsorb the extra charges and do not charge any fees for the packing material or Paypal fees. ♥ I apologize if the shipping charges seems high for some items (like stickers) but that is the rate given by China Post. I do however ship many additional items free or a low fees to give you a better rate. I do like the fact that at least the packages comes with tracking number! ♥ It would take 2 weeks to 3 weeks for delivery. I apologize for the long delivery time but that is the time line given here. Please make sure you are not in a rush to receive your items and give allowance for a 21 days delivery time. ♥ If you need your items fast, I can use EMS which can delivered your items within 4 to 7 days. Please email me for cost.

♥If you have not received your item by the 21st day after shipping notification, please contact me as soon as possible. I can use the tracking slip to track it at my post office. I always always always take non delivery of items cases very seriously and always do my best to rectify any problems . ♥ Your satisfaction is very important. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving item if you have any concerns. All refunds, returns or exchanges requests must be made within 3 days .Please email me within 3 days after item received to let me know you want a refund or exchange. After 3 days, I would not accept any request for exchange or refund. ♥ Refund would be given only for items grossly misrepresented, stained or damaged.

♥Please kindly make your payment within 48 hours. If payment is not received after 48 hours. I would automatically cancel the transaction and items would be relist . Appropriate feedback would be given. ♥ I accept only Paypal. You can use your credit card without being a Paypal member too. You would be directed to a page where you can choose to pay with major credit cards.
